Made a complaint because a manager made a slanderous comment and a few other things so I try to make a formal complaint and when I get an email response from the executive team I get asked what's the issue so I tell the person, then I get a 2nd one back telling me to report to the very people im reporting, I dont know what procedures they teach at disney, but clearly it's not the correct 1s, but I'm shocked they teach pass the problem on to the next person. Complete joke no wonder disney is going down hill.

I purchase a Disney+ bundle which included Hulu and ESPN. Problem is I never seem to find a sport on ESPN I would care to watch. When I go to ESPN it has a button to unlock the content. I called customer service and the gentleman told me I needed to upgrade my bundle. Why should I have to upgrade my bundle when the game I want to watch is advertised to be on ESPN, not 2 or +. Cannot recommend anything Disney has to offer.

Terrible treatment for a family with a child with a disability

Not interested in supporting a company that paid animators $60,000+ to add chemtrail clouds to all their movies. I have ALL the original VHS movies and i will expose you :)

Disney always stand against history. Unsubscribe their steam if you can. You can find many alternatives than this one.

I have already got a reservation at WDW but I wanted to change it to a different hotel. This booking included the free dining promotion and flights. I had checked if the rooms / flights etc were available - I wasn’t changing date just hotel. Anyway, I spoke to an adviser and they said that because of the previous promotion they couldn’t amend the existing booking but would have to create a new one. The price quoted then was £180 more than the price for the same booking online. When I asked why it was because the flights would have to change. I didn’t understand as they were the same flights same time. Anyway after a long and laborious conversation I eventually gave in as I want the holiday. I still don’t understand why even after the supervisor came in to help me. She was the most rude person I’ve ever spoken to at Disney - I thought I was speaking to a machine at one point. Anyway - first time I’ve given Disney a 1* review normally I praise them for A1 service.

I was so angry when I discovered the new prices Disney give us that I went here to write my first ever review, And I see I am not the only one angry. What is going on Disney? Why are you treating your customers like this? You once have been beloved company... no comapny, you were something MORE.

Disney is always trying to hurt us by raising prices for streaming companies like YouTubeTV… this makes me want to skip Disney parks as well!! Dollywood in TN is rated highly!! Spend your hard earned $ in TN and not FL etc… send a message to Disney however you can!
