sadly its not what it used to be, the recent movies and tv shows have been poor and all have this underlining wokeness in everything at the moment, even my 7 year old daughter has gone off it! we took her to Disney last year, we did love it there but it was very expensive and all the shops were selling the exact same thing. i myself took a fair chunk of money to buy myself stuff (starwars / marvel etc) but there wasnt anything there for me. i dont want to bleat on about star wars but Disney has destroyed it! they killed off the characters that we all loved, brought new ones in and most of them want nothing more to do with the franchise then now this announcement of a woman of colour director with an agenda for activism! please just make a movie that people want to watch PLEASE!!!

The park is truly only a place for white privileged persons. Once upon a time, Disney cared about everyone that scrapped together a few bucks to enter the parks by allowing everyone to participate in Fast Pass, but now only the elite get to get on rides without waiting a ridiculously long time. All Disney cared about us the almighty dollar!!! How many under privileged and lower economic families can enjoy Disney? Answer, none!!!!!! To you Disney, stop being a hypocrite, stop taking advantage of people and stop leaving out the poor! Find some type of moral compass and stop being greedy and pathetic as an organization..... Shameful.

Totally overpriced, I gave 1 star because of the design, customer service and it is organized, however food has bad quality and it is expensive , the time to get in a ride is over 60 min. You can walk and enjoy the view but participating and enjoying rides exct is a total bust. Your kid will cry because he or she can't ride on anything.

Absolute joke, paid a lot of money upgraded at every option we could to try to get the best opportunity to get access and even then could get 1-2 rides per day. we spend 20k on flights 10k on disney tickets and Genie + to get 7-10 rides over a 4 day period lines were all 120 mins plus don’t expect that many people and give a bad experience because the way i see it your ripping people of and taking hard earn cash from families that you promised to give one of the happiest places on earth your kidding me

A mere shadowy reflection of its former self. Ticket prices are unbelievably expensive, the wait time are generally 100 minutes plus and the lighting pass is complicated to understand and use. Plus,. it sucks. Universal is the best
