I purchased a fast pass and didn’t use it. I contacted their customer service and they will not refund me. This place is a bunch of frauds who do not make any customer exceptions for leaving the park early due to a medical emergency.

I am deeply disappointed with Disneyland’s California customer service. They failed to accommodate a disability and refused to provide a refund or any adequate solution despite repeated conversations over the past three months. The lack of empathy and proper resolution is appalling, especially from a company like Disney. Don’t waste your money here—if there’s an issue, Disney holds themselves to zero responsibility and hides behind clauses in the small print. Daylight robbery.

I don't like Disneyland. I like wafels. I want Walt Disney fired.

We had a wonderful family get together for Disneyland this past weekend to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. We had a two day hopper for both parks. Yes, we made the mistake in scheduling the wrong park as did our daughter who was going to Disneyland first and we were scheduled for California Adventure. Would Disney employees help us change it? Absolutely NOT! Furthermore, the supervisor at the admission gate, Roxanne, was so rude and sarcastic that she made us all so sick and frustrated. She totally exasperated our anguish in not being able to attend our granddaughter's birthday breakfast with her. Finally, as we walked away from our family to go back to our hotel, "Roxanne" told us all to have "A Magical Day!" AS this "caring" Disney employee if she really said that and she proudly announced that she did. Yes, I really like Disney and most of its staff, but this Roxanne makes Cruella look like Snow White! She should go work somewhere else, maybe the State prison would be a better fit for her.

We are a disabled couple in our late 60’s. Two days is a row we struggled to get from the parking structure to the Electric Stroller rental only to find they had sold out. So far everyone I talk to says they have a no refund policy. So I have 2 park hopper tickets, with Jenie and parking. So they oversell the park, don’t have enough ADA equipment and tell me they are going to keep my almost $400

I think the ticker for Disneyland can go lower it’s just too much now but so fun still
