We had a wonderful family get together…
We had a wonderful family get together for Disneyland this past weekend to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. We had a two day hopper for both parks. Yes, we made the mistake in scheduling the wrong park as did our daughter who was going to Disneyland first and we were scheduled for California Adventure. Would Disney employees help us change it? Absolutely NOT! Furthermore, the supervisor at the admission gate, Roxanne, was so rude and sarcastic that she made us all so sick and frustrated. She totally exasperated our anguish in not being able to attend our granddaughter's birthday breakfast with her. Finally, as we walked away from our family to go back to our hotel, "Roxanne" told us all to have "A Magical Day!" AS this "caring" Disney employee if she really said that and she proudly announced that she did. Yes, I really like Disney and most of its staff, but this Roxanne makes Cruella look like Snow White! She should go work somewhere else, maybe the State prison would be a better fit for her.
