I loved the place if there was any …
I loved the place if there was any negative at all the initial House of supplies get used up way too fast.

Interaction with Casey was great and …
Interaction with Casey was great and the vacation home was beautiful! We would have given it a 5 star but we did not like that the game room & 4th bedroom was separate from the main house.

Great place with a few minor issues....
There were some roaches and it could use some new floors or carpet upstairs. The door didnt close properly. The pool guy came by and treated the pool while we were there and the chlorine was too much for the kids. But all in all it was a great place and the kids had a great time.

Good stay-friendly agents to assist …
Good stay-friendly agents to assist with making reservations. Stayed at Windsor Resorts the house was spacious, room decor could use some updating but overall good stay.
