Great property!
Great property!! We loved it! Only problems were minor, missing tip on 1 pool cue, 1 ball missing so played 9 ball instead. Suggest strollers be stored in closet under stairs.

The home was definitely a home away
The home was definitely a home away from home. It was spacious and simply amazing. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The home was very convenient to Disney and Universal. From the comfortable beds, all the bathrooms, spacious kitchen, game room and pool; this home made our family trip one to remember. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and we look forward to a future visit. Thank you!

Daralee delivers a good customer service
Daralee is a very nice person and likes to help people. She also knows how to connect with people on the phone very well on a personal level understanding their needs. Christine also was working on a very high level on the phone making sure we we dealt with in the right manner. PS very good ambassador for the resort
