I have a Hopper 3. Overall, it is a good DVR. However, the 15X fast forward as the slowest speed is impossible. I rarely use the fast forward. As cumbersome as it is, I use the 30 second button, then 10 second button to get to where I want in the recording. I’ve seen many complaints on line regarding the fast forward speed. Please go back to 4X as the slowest speed. DISH, YOU NEED TO START LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I have had DISH over two years and never been late.I just moved and was told there would be a $20 charge, which I assumed would be on my next bill. I was watching TV today before work and all of a sudden my screen froze and a notification appeared. I tried rebooting but nothing happened. I looked at MYDISH app and it said to click on restore services...it wanted my payment of $20 right then and there....how awful is this? Is DISH more concerned about getting its' every penny????Crazy that it isn't put on your upcoming bill, not just stop your service and want the $20 payment. I am very frustrated by this since I have never even been a day late in over two years.What a way to treat your customers DISH!!!

After 28 months of service we decided to change services to suddenlink. Dish bill had went from 125 to 220. That was with no change or up grade to my services. When I called dish they informed me we needed to pay 440 since the contract wasn't fulfilled. Contract was for 24 months and we way past this. Three days later they took the 440 off my debit card. I had use this 2 times to pay bill. It wasn't the card I used to start services. On receipt dish emailed me it said set up for auto pay: NO. Screw by using my debit card and dish

Do not get dish internet! I repeat DO NOT GET DISH INTERNET! Its a scam, they go through the phone jack and when you sign up they dont tell you that you will need an electrician (average cost of $400) to come fix your old phone wiring. Ive called them numerous times to fix the issues and everytime they say "sorry thats not our problem." Today I canceled my contract and went to Xfinity., Yes they are a little expensive but paying a little more to not hear "Sorry thats not our problem" works for me. Bye Dish. BTW I got my family to switch to Dish internet (8 accounts total) and they all will be on dish by this weekend.I hope you scammers (DISH) go out out business soon.

In the last 30 days I've contacted Dish twice. Both times I've spoken to the friendliest most awesome people. Explained my situation both times and asked the hard questions. Resolved both items painlessly!!! Awesome job Dish and 5 star rating to CSRs

Terrible customer service! Was charged and never even had service but the "supervisor" said it was my responsibility to cancel service even though it was never connected. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told they didn't take or return calls.

Dish network best TV service provider ever because it does have unlimited Boomerang, encore, Paramount+ with Showtime & discovery+ $5.99/month with ads! it has a weak signal in the heavy rain. in meaning time can watch Dish On-Demand!! Or DVR recordings!

Customer service is awesome! Saved me a a lot of money. Thanks Dish!
