Excellent customer service.
Made it right. Sent me an item that didn't work, but promptly responded and offered either a refund or replacement of The Key Fob Vape. I greatly appreciate excellent customer service and a company that stands behind its products. Thank you very much.

The pipe did not come with instructions
The pipe did not come with instructions. I think I may have damaged it, through trial and error trying to figure out how it works. I think I've figured it out after a week, but not sure. Sometimes works, sometimes not. When it does work well, I like it.

STAY AWAY - FRAUD
STAY AWAY - total fraud. Ordered 2 pens on 03/02/26. It is now 03/13, two weeks later, and I have nothing, the "shipping information" provided gives no information about when I will get what I paid for. And the "customer service" just says to wait longer. Nobody cares at all about the customer - only taking your money. Oh yeah, they also lied about when they sent the package that still nowhere to be found. Claimed it was sent on X day, but that was only when the label was created. They didn't drop it with the shipper for 3 more days, but they sure did lie about that.
