How’s my experience?? Well I never received my product and still waiting on, at this point anything. Any acknowledgment at all would be better than what I’ve experienced. Dissatisfied and regretful customer

Customer service is only email. It's slow or completely unresponsive. They have two different return policies online. They have no phone number in order to be able to discuss issues or use of products etc. The online chat is always a BOT. Elisha sent one email after my 5 and seems to have too much on her plate to provide proper customer service.Her answer was vague hoping I wouldn't contact her again for an RMA number or a some sort or return authorization. Do not order from this company unless you want to call your bank and report them.
