I don’t know what happened but I try to buy it twice. I said card declined, but it still took the money so I don’t know what’s happening, but I better get my package.

Would be 5 stars if I had received the correct color. I bought black and gold, received green and blue. Even double checked that I clicked the right color and I did. Too much hassle to send back. Otherwise was great

I think my product selection could have been been better. I chose a small cannabis pipe with a cleverly attached butane lighter. As soon as it arrived I tried it. A pipe is a pretty simple thing. So is a butane lighter. The lighter would not light, even after filling it. The piezo lighter struck the necessary spark, but would not ignite the butane. I received a replacement fairly quickly, but the problem persisted, even on the replacement. My own examination seemed to indicate that the butane reservoir wouldn't hold pressure on either pipe. I've since detached the pipe and use it with another lighter. Still a disappointment. I was informed that everything is tested before shipping, but I've come to have doubts about that. Everything works, all came at different times and days. The dual cart vape broke within the 1st cart. The base is cracked. I've tried to contact customer service but heard nothing back.

There is no phone number to call so that you can speak with a representative. Had an issue with my order and couldn’t get through to anyone.
