*******SCAMMERS*******They took forever to print shipping labels to USPS. This resulted in my package being caught up in major storms that could have been avoided. After 5 days late and still no package then USPS emails me that my package has been stuck in new York the opposite coast for days because USPS seized my package due to fraudulent postage. So I may never see my package and as of now it's been 6 days late and seized in new York. *****Don't waste your time with these scammers!!*****

Issues with power button
Got my order pretty quick , great company but I’m very disappointed with the purchase I ordered . Purchased 2 of the vessel 510 cartridge batteries and they don’t always turn on and keep having issues trying to turn them on. Every once in a while it’ll turn on but for the most part they won’t no matter what I do.

Good site, SLOW shipping
Site navigation and all of the experience up until the purchase were good. The products themselves are good as well, I just don't attribute that to Discreet Smoker because they're just the distributor; the company that made the products was different.

We are really sorry to hear about this experience. We know how frustrating it is to feel like your hard earned money went to waste. Once a package leaves our warehouse and is with the carrier, we unfortunately do not have control over what happens in transit. That said, we absolutely do want to try and make this right for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and shipping address, and our team will be happy to review the situation and work with you on a possible replacement.
