I "purchased" a coffee table from Discounttoday.net on Jan 17, 2024, inputting my CC#, billing, and shipping addresses. I received a confirmation email stating that I would receive a tracking # later. I never did. A few days later I got a call from customer service apologizing that my delivery would be delayed, so I verbally agreed to the later date. During the call I asked for a tracking # but they would not give it to me. Over the next few days I figured out it was a scam after the customer support was shady - I couldn't get in contact via email or phone. The same lady from CS called me a few days after that saying my package was delivered by FedEx. Since I wasn't home I asked for a tracking # to follow up on the status and they said they would email it to me (never received this). When I got home there was no package, so I emailed CS again to tell them I never received the product and I would report them with fraudulent activity. They replied within the hour, asking me to wait until "early tomorrow morning" to receive the tracking #, and of course I never got another email. To my knowledge there have not been any unapproved charges on my CC so far, but I froze it today just in case. Do not trust this website with your information!

Ordered from this site on 1/17/24 and received confirmation of order email and that a follow up Email would be sent with tracking info once order was shipped. Well… after not hearing anything else since initial placement of order, I sent email inquiring about my order. Received email response back stating delay on supplier and that “was going to take long time”… and “we cancelled your order and refund your money”… After receive that response, I went and checked my credit card, and sure as crap, another charge was made on todays date, NOT A Refund… “If you pay credit card you need to contact credit card company”… These folks at Discounttoday.net appear to be a fraudulent company and site in which I’ll be reporting to BBB and forewarning you all to steer clear of this site. They were quick to take my funds from my account… twice. I want my refund!

Never got my order

Order wa a No show

I tried placing an order twice, was told both times there was a delay in shipment, my order was cancelled both times!! I was willing to wait. I will never, never order through Discounttoday again!!!

I like the table. I ordered two. Unfortunately only one arrived.

As with many other customers, my order was cancelled before it was fulfilled with a product listed “in stock”.

Easy purchase, very solid tool, but also heavy.
