Order 585931 Order an Ego Trimmer. It came without the Battery and Charger. Battery and charger arrived yesterday September 13. Their customer service dept. is awesome! They solve my problem and did everything they could to solve the problem/situation. They exceed my expectations! Great job guys!

I thought this was possibly a fraud situation with the price for Peet's Coffee Pods being $10 less than Amazon. I ordered it and it came as promised. I'm very pleased, and I will start looking here for future purchases. I promise you that I am a real person who was just looking for a deal.

I tried purchasing a ladder for a price that was ridiculously low so I had no great expectations. When I tried to pay with two different active credit cards, one through Google Pay, the site declined my credit cards for some unknown reason. stay away from them. They sound like a scammy site.

We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced while trying to place your order. Sometimes transactions may be declined by the payment processor’s security system even when cards are active, and unfortunately we don’t always receive the specific reason. We can assure you that we are a legitimate business, and your feedback helps us improve both our checkout process and communication with customers.

Wrong item, no response. I was sent a 170cc lawn mower in place of the 201 Cc that I ordered with no communication. I have called dozens of times and emailed to zero response. This is the worst company I've dealt with in recent memory by a huge margin
