Order off amazon. Super slow shipping, prices are high considering their bs taxes and fees. Waste of time. seriously just order from amazon. Their customer service is so bad they dont even have a number to talk to reps, a robot picks up and says "sorry not sorry just email us" Worthless company

I purchased a desk monitor stand on August 10, 2020, I received the product on August 14, and noticed the product packaging was taped together and bent. I removed the product, and became aware that the monitor stand was missing 2 legs. I notified the company immediately and have only received automated email responses. I requested a status update, to no avail. I cannot use the product without all of the legs.

Update: The order stated below was placed on August 10, 2020. As of September 3, they sent an email stating "A refund has been processed to go back to the method of payment used to place the order." It is now September 10th, 2020, still waiting for my refund. Needed to redo my office so I needed somewhere to buy a couple of desks, chairs, and filing cabinets along with some other small items. I found OfficeSupply.com online via an Ad for desks. I was wary so I ended up ordering one desk for my son since school starts soon and I could not wait. The desk showed up with the box ripped open and clearly damaged. I contacted OfficeSupply.com to resolve the matter. No apology, acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I have called, sent an email and they have not affirmed this issue has been resolved. I would not recommend or purchase from them again.

Held up my order because I bought a $70 keyboard and my wife wasn't available to talk to them about our joint account. Is it 2020 or 1990? Archaic systems, site and policy. Scam company that just wants to hold your money.

Placed and order for a phone and noticed after i ordered it that it cannot be returned. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order which Michele confirmed via email that it was canceled. 2 days later they charged my credit card and have not responded back. Both of their phone numbers a bogus numbers they don't exist.

They are a complete ripoff. I ordered pens at first. Almost every one of them the spring mechanism broke. I had to throw at least half away. Second I ordered Integra correction tape. A pack of 8 of these should last me 3 months. They all broke in a month!! I am never ordering from this dump again.

Customer service appears to be unresponsive after a month of repeated requests. Ordered an office chair from them. It was not cheap ($150) but when it came in it was flimsy. I have been trying to return it for a month, following up every week, but OfficeSupply.com customer service (Jennifer) says it came directly from the manufacturer (HON) and they have not yet authorized the RMA. Absolutely ridiculous. Its easier to return a car than work through this company.
