I was completely floored to receive a tailored email less than 15 minutes later detailing the situation, why it had occurred and when I could expect it to be resolved. It was resolved when they said it was and I was even more surprised when someone followed up with me proactively to let me know that it was now addressed. Shockingly, good level of customer service...
