Rejected perfectly good credit card. But, worked with second card. Good price.

So sorry your first card attempt didn't work. Those rejections happen on the fly either by the bank or payment processor, sometimes if the billing and shipping address don't match up or if a customer has moved and their zip code has changed. Trying a 2nd card or Paypal or Google Pay or Apple Pay usually does the trick.
