Dennis, that's a fair question, and we're sorry the review request came before you'd had a chance to read anything. The request at checkout is there to hear how our website and ordering process worked, before an order has had time to arrive. Later on, we send a separate email asking about the product itself, and customers are always welcome to update their review once their order has arrived, if their experience warrants it.
