Don't pay for expedited shipping because they don't do it! You will have to fight to get your money refunded and then they will gaslight you telling you that the post office told them that there are post offices closed in my state which are not true. They then sent me a link about these Post Office that are not even scheduled to be voted on for closure until October 20. Today is October 9. I'm not sure why they are gaslighting me about this but they did eventually give me my refund for paying for expedited shipping. Why argue w me tho? Don't trust these people. Seems scammy to me especially since the customer service agent is arguing with me about my states Post Office. Absolutely ridiculous their employees do not do what you pay for. Beware If you don't want to have to argue with some uneducated customer service agent who doesn't even live in your state and is sending you article links that don't even apply to the situation, you know we have a problem. Just do your job and we won't have to deal with this. Retrain your staff don't argue with me
