I ordered a magazine for my granddaughter
I ordered a magazine for my granddaughter using PayPal. It did NOT give me an option to have a shipping address and getting in touch with you seems impossible

We're so sorry. Our PayPal checkout should have made it easy to send this gift to your granddaughter, and reaching us should never feel impossible. We've emailed you to confirm where the subscription is going, and it hasn't been sent to the publisher yet, so any change can still be made before the first issue ships. We're also looking at the PayPal checkout so gift orders get a clear place for the recipient's address. If you need anything, just reply to our email or contact us anytime.
