I always choose Quest instead of LabCorp whenever possible. Quest has many testing times and dates available while LabCorp doesn't have any appointments available for a month away. I understand that Quest's tests are more accurate than LabCorp's. The one thing I don't like about Quest is that there are no receptionist in the waiting room. You're on your own.

The prices are the best compared to other sites! Thank you for that. However when I scheduled my appointment through the site and got a confirmation text but when I showed up at Quest to get my labs drawn, they said I didn't have my appointment. So that sucked, but they were still able to see me as a walk in, thankfully. I got some of my results the next day!

Their prices are competitive and the website is laid out well. Both of which made me a repeat customer. It was fairly easy to get to the labs I wanted. If I could leave any constructive criticism it would be to make it easier to bundle multiple tests to get a custom panel built just for you. It would also be nice to do away with "loyalty points", "coupon codes", and other marketing type stuff. Its worth wading through everything to get a great price but it would be nicer if the discounts were easier to apply, especially for returning customers.
