Blood work was super easy. Cbc was back with in like 2 days still waiting on the rest of my blood but it does take up to 10 business days unfortunately wish that was fast. But the Jennifer was super sweet and nice took my blood and had me out quick.

Easy process. Am a doc, and can't get these rates if I write my own prescription! Limitation is that the closest contracted lab is an hour's drive from me. Also, even though we scheduled an appointment for the blood draw, there was a 30 minute wait past our scheduled time.

When I lost my insurance in February of 2023 I was devastated. My established PCP told me about discounted labs and how easy and affordable it was, so I tried it. I was not disappointed. It was such an easy process! My doctor wrote me an order and I purchased the tests. Easy peasy!

Had my blood draw on Monday morning. Had 4 of 7 results by Tuesday afternoon. Had a few tests that take a while and are out of state. Had all results by Sunday morning, well short of 10 business days. Great job!

This was the cheapest place I found to get lab tests done that used reputable labs. The process was very easy. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is closing the right lab to but was confusing with all of the different bundles and versions that they have. I also had to manually clock into each lab to read the description to see if it’s the one I wanted. There should be better filters and a simplified description of each test from the search results screen.

Very easy process. Went smoothly at the lab and results of the labs I chose, came back next day! Gave 4 stars because I had to reach out to customer service for a duplicate lab I ordered and didn’t get a reply until after my appointment. Luckily the lab tech was able to leave the duplicate lab out and I didn’t get charged for it.
