The platform is incredibly user friendly and their customer service is amazing. Quick responses, clear communication, and truly supportive every step of the way. Discounted Labs is a full 10 out of 10 for both the site and their service. The only hiccup was at the Quest Diagnostics center, which felt more like an issue specific to that location and not a reflection of Discounted Labs at all.
