When I requested five samples, they arrived in about a week, large enough to see the pattern and clearly identified and priced. When I decided which fabric I wanted, I ordered on line and the roll of material again arrived in about a week. I couldn't have asked for better service. I can't speak to the quality of the fabric as it's not yet installed on my car seats, but it looks good and has no visible defects.

My free samples arrived quickly. I made my choice, placed the order, and had exactly what I was looking for in just a few days. Love the quick turnaround and great variety.

I see now how they can offer free samples. When you order fabric, the shipping fee is horrendous. I only ordered 1.5 yards, and my shipping costs were an outrageous $9.95! Had I known the shipping fees would be so high I probably would have attempted to find fabric locally. The pros of the site are the free samples and the wide selection. Overall I am happy with the quality of the fabric.
