I was glad to see how fast my order shipped, but because of the carrier which they shipped with I don’t have my order yet. Right now it is 8 days from the expected delivery date. I called the shipper and they don’t know when I will get it. They said it is not lost just sitting in a trailer.😕 Use a different shipper!!

very expensive, not sure where the name comes from their support reps take a very long time to rely to messages no meaningful discount for bulk orders did arrive quickly though

I paid $15 for 3 day delivery and my February 18th order did not arrive until March 2nd.

Hello Kimberly, This is the first we heard about this issue. The problem was with FedEx, not us. However, if we heard about this sooner, we happily would have intervened. I looked at the tracking, and it took quite the route to get you. I wish FedEx and UPS were perfect, but things do happen. I hope you love your fabric :)

The fabric was as described but of high quality. You led me to believe the fabric was 54" wide and it was 59" wide. I therefore bought too much fabric. You kindly gave me a rebate because of this. Thank you for being so helpful. Do I have a way to get some of my money back?

I thought I was getting an Ivory colored or beige fabric and this one is closer to brown

The fabric is nice, and stuff comes fast... once they actually ship. I never got any tracking info, but my account was charged and I got an email confirmation. A week after I placed my order I tried contacting them via the website to find out what happened. I never got a response so I tried calling; no answer (it was during business hours). I had to wait over the weekend to try again. Once I finally got in contact with someone, I was told my order been received but had "gotten lost" and they would reship that day (which they did). I still didn't receive any tracking but my order arrived safe. Aside from the shipping problems, the fabric is very nice and high quality and was carefully shipped on a roll with no creasing. They have a good selection of colors and hard to find textures. Bottom line: I would order again, but I'd plan ahead and I would call right away if I didn't get a ship notification within 24 hours.

I have ordered fabric several times previously with stellar service, but this time shipment was delayed. I was given an arrival date, then sent another arrival date of four days later which made a big difference. Disappointed this time.

Hello Karen, Sorry about that! I looked at FedEx, and there did appear to be a delay somewhere a long the line, once that package left our warehouse. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse,it is in FedEx's hands. Sorry again!
