Hello Natalia, This is the first we have heard about an issue with your order. The material ordered was "G625 Caramel Brown Distressed Recycled Leather Look Upholstery By The Yard" That is exactly what it is - recycled leather that looks like new genuine leather. The recycled leather is on the back which makes the material soft. The front is polyurethane that makes the material look like leather. We are happy to take the material back. Please call us at 866-984-5656 and we will get this taken care of for you :) Thank you, Discounted Designer Fabrics

Hello, Your order was placed on Tuesday after hours and was shipped on Wednesday via FedEx. I tracked your package, and it does appear FedEx has delayed delivery. This is the first we have heard of any issue with your package. We will work with FedEx to get this resolved. We are always here to help by phone or email. We will send a follow-up email shortly. **Update** Can you please contact us at 866-984-5656? We emailed, but it bounced back, and we tried to call with no luck. Thanks :)
