Discounted Designer FabricsReviews of discounteddesignerfabrics.com

I ordered a swatch of fabric from their nice selection and it arrived very quickly! I then came back and ordered my fabric which also arrived to my door quickly and came on a roll, nicely wrapped to deliver it in fantastic shape! I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction with this company!

High quality product, free samples, great price, speedy delivery. I'll buy from Discounted Designer Fabrics again.

I received samples right away and they were free!!! I ordered about 3 weeks later - no shipping and got my fabric about a week later. It was great. I would definitely use them again. Plus- their prices were good.

BUYER BEWARE!! This is after I first received my order thinking it was vinyl. The faux leather I ordered arrived on time and is VERY close to the sample. It is beautiful in quality. The customer support when I called was very accommodating. I am very pleased with my purchase. THAT WAS THEN!!! I have since purchased a new chair to replace this!! DISCOUNTED DESIGNER FABRICS SOLD ME JUNK! I sent them 2 emails after the material that was supposed to be vinyl turned out to be some sort of "bonded leather" that peeled off all over the chair. I sent them two emails and they never responded. You can't leave a review on their website because there is nowhere to submit it. Here is my email sent to them 12/21... Hello, Below you will find the receipt for a purchase of 10 yards of G547 Brown Recycled Leather Look Upholstery fabric that I paid $900 to have a recliner recovered. This material is supposed to be heavy duty (100,000 double rubs) and be able to stand up to "Casino, Commercial, Hospitality, Motorhome, Residential, Worship Seating" per the description on your website. We are an older couple, no children, NO PETS and have cleaned per your instructions (W-water based cleaner). We are careful with our furniture and have many nice things. This material is shredding after only 5 years. After spending $1115 to recover this chair it should last longer than this. This material is defective and I have attached 2 photos for your review at the very bottom of this email. Thank you.

The fabric I ordered was a white crushed velvet. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to. It was expertly packaged and undamaged. I was a bit concerned since it was white, but there were no problems. It was even prettier in person. I can't wait for it to be turned into my upholstered headboard!!!!

Great selection, easy to get samples, excellent quality, and prompt delivery.

I purchase the recycled leather and make handbags to sell. I like that I can buy 2 yards at a time and the product is still available to order when I need more. Fast free shipping with 5 yd purchase and free samples are super bonuses. I've purchase from Discounted Designer Fabric for over a year now and never had a problem with the products or service. Really appreciate that.

Please know, that I have NEVER written a single review for anything I have ever purchased online. However, I feel compelled to tell anyone considering buying fabric from this company TO GO AHEAD WITHOUT RESERVATION BECAUSE THEY SURPASSED MY HIGH EXPECTATIONS AND ARE TRULY THE BEST! Samantha in Customer Service is incredible as she helped me put together a large order seamlessly. The entire team is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I can't praise them enough....it's what old fashion customer service coupled with value used to be like! They embody it! It's an A+++ company...no worries here! Thank you infinity for everything! It's been a joy working with you, not to mention I LOVE the high quality, beautiful fabric!!!
