Great company. They were very prompt on my order and delivery. Delivered quickly and safely. What I liked best is that they did not charge me to get small samples of the fabrics I liked so I could see what they look like in real life. Not even for the shipping of the samples.

Discounted Designer Fabrics offers free samples which is not true of most online fabric websites. And they do have very good prices - I found a fabric I liked for less from them. They also have very good customer service, very helpful.

The fabric is what I wanted and need. I received and Email that my order was shipped on Monday the 3rd with 3 to 4 day service, meaning I should have on Thurs. or Fri. I received it in Mon. the 10th. I also paid for the 3 to 4 day shipping. I'll think twice before ordering from you again. Sorry I pay for service and you failed.

Hi Dib, We see that UPS delivered your package a day late, I am very sorry about that!!! They did not notify us of this delay, and this is the first we heard of this issue. You ordered on a Sunday, and we shipped it out on-time on Monday. Of course, we cannot control UPS, but we are going to refund your shipping and take 10% off your order. If we would have heard about this while the package was in transit, we would have reshipped your order to get it there on time, and have UPS redirect the late package back to us.

Discounted Designer Fabrics' customer service is very efficient. I have had to call to place two orders because of issues on my part and Samantha has handled my orders well. Speaking to a representative and placing an order is just as convenient or even more helpful than ordering online. Both times that I had to call I had a few questions about material and suggestions and the questions were answered direct and detailed about the fabrics. Thank you DDF. Juan

I really appreciated the free samples. The quality of the fabric was great. The fabric arrived within 3 days of ordinary it. It also arrived on a role which I really appreciated.
