Very good customer service and made my shopping experience smooth!

I received a sample of the fabric promptly and it was large enough to see the full design. When I called the phone was answered by someone I could easily understand. My order arrived when promised. The service and quality of the product was exactly as expected. This is beyond what online service has become over the years and I am delighted to give them a 5 star rating.

I was glad to see how fast my order shipped, but because of the carrier which they shipped with I don’t have my order yet. Right now it is 8 days from the expected delivery date. I called the shipper and they don’t know when I will get it. They said it is not lost just sitting in a trailer.😕 Use a different shipper!!

Recently there was an accident that badly stained one of my six upholstered dining room chairs. I couldn’t find an exact fabric to replace the damaged one, but this company sent me two free swatches of a similar fabric to compare. I received them very quickly and chose the one to order. The fabric arrived very quickly and was safely wrapped in plastic in a roll and not folded. I highly recommend Discounted Designer Fabrics.
