Hi Wendy, I'm very sorry that you are not pleased with our return policy, even though you shared you did not read it beforehand. It is listed on our website and is very clear so there is no misunderstanding for those that order from us. This is actually a very common return policy for formal dress businesses even big companies such as David's Bridal. Hi Bacon Princess, I'm very sorry that the dress you ordered did not fit you well. Most gowns are returnable, however it does state in our return policy (link located at the bottom of our website) that wedding gowns are non-returnable. I am glad that I was able to provide you information on where you could resell the gown. I know some girl will love the beautiful dress you have!

Hello Daysi, I'm very sorry to hear that the dress you ordered was too small. I recommend when choosing a size to base your decision by your waist measurement in inches. Each dress will have a specific size chart located near the description. Our return policy allows a 7 day return from the date the package is received. You inquired about returning the dress past our 7 day return window., which technically was not returnable. However, due to your situation, I made the exception to allow you return the item, which is the reason for the high restocking fee. Again, I'm very sorry it did not work out for you and wish you the best!

Hi Kay, I'm sorry to hear that the dimensions of the dress you ordered did not match. That's strange to hear because the dress you ordered is made in the United States and we have not had any issues with this dress. In fact, it has been one of our best sellers for the past 12 years.
