Getting hearing aids from Discountdailyhearing was very convenient and affordable. I delayed getting the hearing aids I needed for too long. I found Discoutdailyhearing online and the Phonak P90 hearing aids were about half the cost of the local audiologist. I called and talked to Trey and he answered every question I had. I placed the order the next morning and Trey immediately responded to let me know the order was received. Six days later the hearing aids were delivered to me. I received a email from Sofia the same day they were delivered to inform me how to initially charge and wear them. Sofia called the next day to schedule a adjustment appointment and answer any questions I had. William adjusted my hearing aids through the app a few days later and they are working perfectly. I am so glad I found them

I was apprehensive about buying hearing aids from an internet company. I went ahead and did it and was surprised. Discount Hearing took my calls, my concerns, and even re-tested my hearing (over the phone) to make sure that I had the best fitting and functioning hearing aids. For those that feel or think this is not a real company or company without hearing specialist, believe me they are. Ryan was great in helping me set up my new hearing aids. Overall it was a great experience with customer friendly employees. Jason

After my doctor tried to sell me hearing aids for $7,000, while at the same time telling me my insurance wouldn't accept claims from "online re-sellers", I did some research on line and found Discount Daily Hearing. I called and spoke with Trey, who's in charge of sales. He was super helpful, and guided me through the entire process of finding the best devices for me, and then giving me all the information I needed to make a claim on my insurance (which was paid very quickly!). I then worked with Ryan, the Audiologist to get my devices set up and dialed-in for my needs. He was also great and made the process very easy. Overall a very positive experience and my devices were exactly HALF the price that my doctor wanted to charge! I would have no hesitation in going back to Discount Daily Hearing again whenever I need a new pair of devices.

I was apprehensive about using an online company to purchase my hearing aids. I found that the representatives at Discount Daily Hearing were courteous, very responsive and a pleasure to work. This was throughout the purchasing and programming process. I would highly recommend to others.

Great price, good service

My 82 year old dad lost his hearing about 95% in one ear many years ago. This created problems for him in social situations like family gatherings and meetings with friends because he can't participate in the conversations and he had to constantly turn to his "better" ear to hear someone talk or speak to him. He was not able to tell which direction sound was coming from which creates safety issues at times. My husband found Discount Daily Hearing on line and talked to one of the representatives, Trey who was very helpful in providing all the information that we need. He took his time to answer all our questions and we felt comfortable with our purchase. They set up a remote comprehensive hearing test for my dad which was very convenient and easy. Ryan Walker was very knowledgeable and helpful during this test.We highly recommend this company for their outstanding professionalism, expertise and knowledge in this field. My dad claimed that he can now hear the birds when he goes out for his daily walks. It is very rewarding and such a pleasant experience for him and for our family! Thank you to both of you, Trey and Ryan and all the staff for always being so nice, helpful and professional.
