I received the Widex hearing aids quickly. Gaza was very helpful giving me the information that I needed to set up the hearing aids with the tips suitable for my ears. He clearly explained a number of the features in the Widex model. So far, so good.

Ripped me off! Sold me a $50 charger in place if a $200 charger I've called and did a return because what I ordered was a portable charger with 3 charges (charge and go?) What I go in return was not a charge and go sent me the same as I have so i spent $200 on a charger i have all ready have..

They sent me a hearing aid for my left ear that uses a different battery size than the other one I have for the right ear. Very annoying!
