My Mother's contact person, Bobbi Nazworth, was extremely patient and helpful. He helped through the whole process. Even though it was a pain trying to get the credit card he remained very patient, that goes a long way when I am trying to handle my moms needs as well as well as getting this for her. All this started on May 06, 2024 and continues through now 06/12/2024

UPDATE! I had a bad experience with DiscountDailyHearing back in april 2024. Someone from management had called me regarding my review and took care of the issue, he send me the correct unit I needed that works great and DiscountDailyHearing did great on resolving this issue thank you so much.
