I originally tried placing an order through the chat online which I got disconnected from twice. Mariana provided excellent customer service and called me to complete the order. She is very professional, polite and patient. Definitely appreciate her help with this process.

Mariana made my account set up and my first order a seamless process. When you contact Discount Catheters ask for her by name!! She rocks the CSR experience! Polite, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable are only a few of her skills.

This company was the only one able to provide the products I wanted, delivered to Greece, and Saul was extremely patient, helpful and flexible in helping me with the transatlantic banking procedures. Really can't fault the service.
