I did not receive my package, I sent an email and they replied. Said that FedEx delivered it. However, after I explained I never received it. They sent me a new order two days after

I got information that I was looking for Thanks

I absolutely love this site! My fiancé lost use of his bladder almost a year ago and this site has helped so much. The doctors office was wanting a small fortune for the same catheters that I purchase from here. With him not having insurance this was the best way we could afford these. Definitely recommend this site for anyone needing these supplies. My son has asthma and will definitely use the respiratory site as well! They have awesome customer service my order was delayed and they got right back to me. Will definitely continue to buy from them! Thanks so much

Excellent customer service. Fast at answering my needs.

Had an ordering question, hopped on chat and Jose sorted me out in a min. Perfect, thanks.

I had a chat rep. He did amazing, found my missing order, gave me all of the info i need, including tracking info, then expected arrival date. Awesome.

Excellent service as always!
