It took 3 tries to get the prescription through. I sent the info so Dirx could transfer it. My doctor filled the info sent to him, and then Dirx reached out to the doctor and finally got the prescription. I've received the first month. The Dr's attempt was to make it 90 days. That didn't happen when Dirx reached out to him, so that got lost in the shuffle. I was able to get the mail date moved up due to an upcoming vacation. each time that I’ve called and talked to someone, they’ve always been kind and professional. My complaint is it took way too long to get the prescription through you guys.

I would have appreciated a follow up to get my prescription transferred. Instead there was a 10 day lapse between my old pharmacy sending it in and your company not finding it. I had to call and push things through. Hopefully refills would be smoother.

Glad to have found them, but definitely stay on top of your order! I was expecting them to reach out to get everything figured out with the pharmacy. No, almost a month later I hadn't received any updates, so I reached out. They had not even gotten in touch with the pharmacy at all! It was an easy fix and I contacted my Dr to send the prescription to them, but I wish they would have updated me or something. Will order from again, because the pricing is much better than my insurance can get me, but I will be more mindful of the timing.

It took almost a month for my scripts to be fully requested for transfer. Half way thru March my old pharmacy told me they had not received anything from you.
