I ordered and was charged for a 90 day supply of medications but received a 30 day supply. Waiting to hear back to resolve the the issue.

This is done so badly. You can’t see your prescriptions on the website. They say only the pharmacist can see them. Why?! You have to fill out everything without seeing it and purchase it hoping you got the prescription right. That’s very weird and difficult. Then, once they’re filling one and it’s shipped you can’t find it online. It says I’ve got no prescriptions in process. It’s just very poorly done. You should be able to see any and all prescriptions doctors have sent in and click on them to order and pay and you should be able to see all current and past prescription’s at all times and be able to check on their status without having to call them and ask. I really hope they’re going to change this. It’s pretty bad.

Poor customer service.....my order has been pending for one wekk...no email on what the issue is. I had to call it took 28 minutes for me to talk to a person. I was informed that they will contact the doctor on Monday. I asked why is it taking so long. Answer...we are trying to catch up with our orders. Maybe they need friendlier people and more back office people?

I reviewed your orders and it looks like there was a slight delay in receiving one of the prescriptions that you ordered. being a low-cost, generic provider we hope to ship all of the medications in one box. I had to do all the work and it took about 3 weeks before I got a break through. shouldn't be that difficult to get an existing prescription transferred from a pharmacy. It will be interesting to see if you even attempt to renew it or not. Very Happy with the price however. Cheers!

Hi Ray. The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! We appreciate you contacting your doctor and requesting a new prescription be sent to us instead. Thank you. Be well!

I ordered a two month supply and you only shipped a one month supply. Also order was placed on a Friday and no one reached out to my doctors office until Wednesday of the next week. Other wise it wasn’t too bad of an experience.

I called after six days and they said they hadn't even tried to call my provider yet. Didn't get it for another week. Meanwhile, I ran out of my meds. Customer Service said they were really backed up. Hire more people or automate your services!
