Your service is fast. I would like to mention that your website does not indicate that I needed to call and verify my order for it to be released. I waited 2 weeks after my doctor placed order and felt that was enough time to receive only to call customer service and be informed I had to call to release it. Please place that info on your website or send instructions once someone pays for membership. Thank you.

Overall I am very pleased with your service. However, it does seem that it takes some time to get my transfers from my current pharmacy. I hope that you could improve that. I call my pharmacy and they tell me that they have not received a call from you requesting the transfer. On my last order(one Rx), it took 5 days to receive your notice that my order had been transferred.

Moving most of my husband's generic medications to DiRx has greatly helped him stay out of the dreaded "donut hole" for longer this year, which keeps his branded meds covered under medicare (that he gets locally). I dinging one star because I find the web interface very difficult to navigate and often have to resort to calling. There needs to be a dedicated "messages" board and an easy to find list of his medications and the current status of them. This list does not exist. DiRx, if you're listening, have a peek at other drugstores' web page. You will see the difference. Thanks!

Our experience was a little bumpy to begin with. There was an issue getting one of our prescriptions transferred. But in the end, it all worked out and we received them. Of course, we would all like shipping to be faster. Overall the experience was positive.

The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 is that I think your containers are VERY difficult to open the first time. after that I don't tighten them all the way.
