In the past you have had pharmacists that refused to allow refills because she said she knew a lot more about drugs than doctors and she thought the drug was too dangerous. This time when my prescription was filled there was a big delay and while the order was for 60 pills after a long delay they only provided 30. Most pharmacies that cannot complete an entire order will ship the rest when available. Is that your plan ??

ordered product and DiRx made it seem that they were waiting on my Dr. . Called them and got an oops saying they ran out of stock. Would have been nice if they would have been upfront and not wasted my time and my Dr. time. Two weeks to get product.

Ridiculously difficult to get Rx transferred to you. Then Dr has to write new one. Then you sit on it.

Your pharmacy had problems transfering script from CVS. CVS says you didn't contactt then. I had to wait two weeks. Script that I received was from India. Drug manufacturers in India have had serious quality issues. Probably won't order here again.

Took about a month and a half to fill the order. Some how the wrong script - giving half the number of needed pills (maybe this was my fault). But I can't wait that long to fill a script. Oh called about where my order was and just got shrugged off, oh you are in the Q. Will not use their service again.

The medication arrived safely, and was what I ordered. However, because I was short of this particular medication by the time the prescription was received and processed, I paid an extra $30 for overnight delivery. Unfortunately, the package was sent by First Class mail and took five days to arrive. I ran out of medication three days before the package was delivered. After a conversation with Customer Service, they agreed to refund the $30 to my credit card. I will be hesitant to use this service in the future when I am low on medication.

It took over 2 weeks to get 1 of my prescriptions. Im still waiting for the others. Didnt have this problem with Goodrx.
