Up until about 8 months ago, I would have given them a score of 5. But the last two shipments have been late, the current order I have been waiting almost 2 full months from the original ship date, and I still don't have the medications. They just keep telling me that they got a huge shipment and are behind. I don't think they realize our lives are literally on the line when they just decide to not send the medications we need. I have been out of mine now for about a month and a half.

Been using DiRX for a couple of years. It worked well initially but now every 90 days my prescriptions are delayed. I have had them delayed as long as 2 months. The excuse is always we are supply problems. However, they will send you an email telling you your order is being prepared but if they are out of a medication they just let your order sit there and don’t inform you. Then on top of a two month delay they decide to still send their packages USPS! Sorry we are two months behind but we thought another 7-10 days USPS delivery would add to the experience. Go somewhere else.

They were great at first. I loved their annual plan and they sent my meds out every 90 days like clockwork. Now, no annual plan, my meds have been "Pending" since 8-15-24 and still no end in sight. I called and they said they couldn't do anything but wait in the queue. They "are behind." They have been pending for weeks. I had to have my doctor call in new prescriptions to a local pharmacy just to get my meds. Do NOT recommend!

Ran out of medication 10 days ago. Still haven't got my order. And they still charge me on my medication. Last medication I got over two months ago.

hosp sent prescription for 30 pills with 2 refills. Dirx cant read. They are processing it for 10 pills with 2 refills. Instuctions say take one pill daily. It should be filled 30 pills with 2 refills each for 30 pills, not 30 pills divided over 3 months. Do not use this pharmacy. Cant get to a supvr to clear this up! HORRIBLE!

DIRX provided excellent service until April 2024. Then they failed miserably. They were out-of-stock of my medicine (supposedly supply chain but Im guessing its really financial problems) for 4 months. Then they received the medicine but canceled my order because the prescription expired. Dr. sent in update and now its been "processing" for over 2 weeks but still not shipped. If DIRX actually delivered the services it claims to provide in a timely and reliable manner, I'd love to deal with them. But since its so poorly run, stay away.

If your health depends on taking medication, DO NOT trust it with DiRx. Orders are NEVER processed or shipped on time. When you call customer support, I won't use care as they don't care about getting you your meds, they could care less in providing a solution for their inability to ship out in time.

Incredibly bad service. 3 weeks in and they can’t get my RX from either pill pack or my Dr who sent them the Rx too. To try and save $10 on my RX from pill pack I switched to this place and there is absolutely no customer service worth anything. I emailed 7 days ago and have not received any reply. I called on a Wednesday afternoon. The rep said they have not received the RX from my Dr. I had already asked my Dr and he said it was sent. But I hang up, and got back to my Dr and who verifies it was sent several days ago and sent me a confirmation of the Rx being e-prescribed to them. 🤦‍♂️ i tried calling back the following day to DiRx but hung up at the 40 minute mark of waiting on hold. Ridiculous hold times. No live chat. Does not answer emails. I haven’t the slightest idea what the process is for complaining to my state pharmacy board or the like but I will look into it because this seems like a fly by night operation.
