Had an issue where my Dr sent my Rx to Walmart instead of to DiRx. I called my Dr to have them send to DiRx but they said Walmart should just transfer it. Days pass as I'm calling around between my Dr, Walmart, and even DiRx becaue come to find out that the Walmart is in VA and their pharmacies have to talk directly to other pharmacies and not get voicemail and won't call out. After weeks of bouncing around and finding that out, all I had to do was let DiRx know that and to press 0 until they reach someone and it was switched that day! DiRx was always super helpful and accommodating. I bought 3 months of Buproprion XL (made by Westminster Pharmaceuticals LLC) for only $11 and change which is less than 1 months costs at least anywhere else. DiRx offers $10 off your first order and I had already ordered so I emailed them and without question they applied the coupon retroactively! 3 months for $1 baby! I couldn't recommend them more! They were super nice on the phone, you can reach the pharmacy directly with no hold time in case of emergencies (don't abuse this please) and they even offered to easily change my order amount to fit my Rx amount to fit my Rx since I ordered more than prescribed (but instead I just had my Dr rewrite it)

Just signed up for DiRx recently after going on to Medicare. My first ordered I had my doctor switch my prescriptions to DiRx. Logged onto DiRx, ordered, and it was processed quickly. I received then in a short amount of time. Was very impressed and thankful. Was very seamless going from my previous prescription provider to DiRx.
