You told me it was comming in in two days almost a month later i received an e mail it was in. The day before i talked to someone and they told me they didn't know when it was comming in. I also could not understand the rep. on the phone her english was not to good. ordered on 9/22 and received it on 10/16

Most of the time I receive my order within 2 weeks. But this time I was billed for all 4 of my scripts, but it’s been nearly a month and I’m still waiting for my last one to come here. I have to take it every 4 weeks and it’s due next weekend. Still haven’t heard from DiRX that it has even been shipped out yet. This does not make me happy, as it usually takes about 7 days once it’s been mailed.

A persciption order I depended on was cancelled without my notification. No longer going to use DiRx.

I order for 90 days But I received for 30 days not even all medicine

Lots of mistakes. My order was sent by my doctor on 7/28 electronically. I received my order 8/19. Mistakes in between. DiRx assigned my prescription to the wrong doctor and had my last name wrong. Very happy when I finally received my prescriptions. After several phone calls and emails & my doctor's office calling - got everything corrected.

I hope everything will be better in the future, but it’s been 2.5 weeks and I still haven’t received my medication. I think that’s probably a lot to do with USPS, but it’s DiRX who is choosing to use USPS….

While all 3 of my scripts were available to be transferred from my local pharmacy, only 2 were transferred out. This held up my order until I authorized the order be split up and sent. Luckily I only missed one day of these meds. When I checked my local pharmacy, it showed that the one left was still available for transfer, so I had to ask DIRX to check again. This RX was shipped a day later, so I will miss 2 days (4 doses) of the Glipizide for my diabetes. Needless to say this is very dangerous for my high numbers. The yearly plan is going to be a big money saver for me, so I have hopes that my future orders will handled with more accuracy.

Ordered 05 7/05 received 7/17. Contacted doctor on 7/10
