I just signed up with DiRX a week ago and had my prescriptions transferred 1 1/2 day later. I was glad to see there was a service of this sort! The CS rep was very helpful my first call and even called back regarding the system error in the website, my order went through after.I was expecting a 48 hr TAT but order still says pending, I have called twice so far since and thought I would check the reviews. I am hoping to get my refill soon, as my order has not made any movement after a week and am trusting that most reviews are good ones. I will be going out of town in a week and hope they don’t decide to deliver while I am away, I did notify another CS of this and got a boilerplate response (7-10 days) but am in day 5, I had difficulty understanding the accent and background noise. I asked for a email instead and did not receive one. I hope to report good news from them soon, as I am only due for one refill out of three so thought there would be a quick delivery of the one since I am in the same state as their shipping warehouse. Stay tuned!

It took too logn to get here in the mail and for some reason my pharmacy also filled the order and my husband brought home a bottle too!

A few less emails and maybe a heads-up If you switch the brand of drugs. Other than that really good! Thank you!

Received two bottles of meds. Should put the amount of pills in each bottle.

My order take long time to process

Customer service reps are very friendly and helpful. But once the provider sends the prescription system ahould call and place the order. But they are waiting for us to call and place the order. This needs to be reviewed.

Allow 7-10 days for order to arrive.

My regular prescriptions are filled regularly with no problem. I have trouble with getting prescriptions filled when needed in a day or two.
