I have to contact my PCP. And I have to call your office three times in order to get my prescription. You guys were saying you didn’t receive any prescription even Though the doctors office said they faxed the prescription to you. I got out of prescriptions for about week and a half. I had to buy something else to try to fix my GERD symptoms but nothing work until I got the correct medication for that. It sounds really cheap to get the medication with your company, but in my situation the insurance does not want to cover it, the cost/benefit is not worthy, cause I got my symptoms again. That’s why I was asking to cancel the order with you and try to pay more price but deliver on time.

At no fault of DiRx I felt it took a ridiculously long time to receive the medication for my dog due to my Vet changing the prescription after I had already placed the order. As this is a script that will be renewed, I still need to know that I will receive it in time for there to be no break in administering it. Seeing no information about refills it seems necessary that I call the company to request this information.

when I placed the order, your website said you would contact the Dr's office to confirm the prescription. You never did. Then, the Dr.'s office re-faxed it you you. You never acknowledged or sent it, then you initially refused to send the one prescription before the other 2 were straightened out, even though I desperately needed the one.

Product ordered was unavailable. company took order and informed that it would be available "soon". then "soon" became weeks. Unacceptable. If you don't have something to provide, then DON'T take the order, and more importantly, be honest about the delivery times and availability.

It has been OVER 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my bipolar medication. I was told it would come yesterday. It’s Sunday and I’m heading into week 3. I plan to find a better mail order pharmacy tomorrow morning.
