Still waiting for the medication 1 week after placing the order
Ordered over a week ago & still haven’t received the medication, it was a new prescription ordered by my urologist after a surgical procedure, the medication was needed quickly, had I know how long the delivery would take I would have not used

Good morning, Mr. Maws. I apologize for your experience so far. I looked into your order and it appears that it shipped the day after it was placed. I will follow up with you this morning after speaking with the carrier. It looks like the order is stuck or delayed in transit.
