Can’t use the inhaler with Aerokat. Waste of money.

Order still "pending" on day 4...
Placed an order for anti-biotics on Monday. Thursday afternoon still "pending". Called customer service and they had no information on the order beyond "pending". Told me that "pharmacy" left for the day at 4PM and were the only ones that could say why the order was still pending. It was a simple transfer of a new prescription from CVS. Total waste of time.

Thanks for your feedback, Robert. We apologize for the inconvenience and the delay associated with the prescription transfer. In the future it might be best to obtain your antibiotics from a local pharmacy versus a mail-order pharmacy. -your Friends at DiRx

Still having issues with one script. Between the customer support and lack of support from my old primary care I have not had good experiences

Reluctantly Dissatisfied and Suffering Withdrawal
I tried to get my prescription transferred to dirx and was excited about the low prices. I was disappointed when for some reason the coupon offered on the site didn’t work for my prescription but ordered anyway. When I got to shipping I was upset to see how much more it would cost to rush shipping because I was trying to save money but needed my prescription in a timely manner. I opted to pay for 5 business day shipping. I went to my local pharmacy to get an emergency supply of my prescription to wait out the shipping period. Unfortunately, the order was Not fulfilled in the weeks supply i got. I waited 3 days to see if my order had been fulfilled and to my dismay it was still processing and DiRx hadn’t gotten the prescription yet. I called and they said due to staffing shortages it could take 4-5 days for my order to be processed. After 7 days I called back because the order status was still processing. I planned to wait a week but now my emergency supply pills were out and I was still going to have to wait at least 5 business days for my order. It was also now a Thursday so I wouldn’t be getting my prescription that I ordered on the 2nd until at least the 17th. So I had the prescription cancelled. When I went to my local pharmacy they didn’t have the prescription so I called dirx for the third time — they said they don’t automatically transfer prescriptions back — that makes sense to me but I’m irritated it wasn’t mentioned when I cancelled my prescription in the first place. During my second call, the customer service rep gave a long-winded apology for a full minute and sounded worried I would be upset before I even reacted but she didn’t mention I would have to do something else to get my meds? So during this third call I asked them to call my local pharmacy and they said the pharmacy needed to call them — did it! My local pharmacy said the order would be processed within 4 hours. I waited and when I went to the local pharmacy they said they called DiRx and DiRx had no record of my prescription. It’s now past 5pm EST so I know the DiRx pharmacy will be closed but I called anyway to see if this could be an easy fix. No. The rep explained they had record of me but could not send my scrip over and that I needed to call tomorrow and speak to pharmacists. This has honestly been a huge bummer and nightmare resulting in me not having my medication consistently for over a week. I’m in pain and feeling sick from the withdrawals and having a host of other brain-related symptoms. There should be disclaimers or something to let people know how long this service can take and that they are understaffed. I was hopeful about this service but it reiterates the horrors of American healthcare.

Very unhappy, dog w/cancer
I needed to order medication for my dog who has bladder cancer. I was hoping to save some money. Wrong idea, I suppose. Cheaper isn’t always better. Here’s what happened: so I googled the medication I needed, I came across DIRX. Then I called them and asked how to order for a dog. The person I spoke to told me to create an account in my name, and then in the order notes, say it was for my dog. So I went ahead and did that. Then I added the veterinarians’ information - two different doctors actually, so they had multiples to get the okay if need be. 3 days later I heard nothing. I called both vets and they also heard nothing from DIRX. So I called back and spoke with Patience. She was very nice to me. She told me that she had to cancel my previous order from 3 days ago and instead put it in my dog’s name. I explained to her I called first and asked how to do it, but I was told to do it differently. So she cancelled the first order and then made a second order in my dog’s name. She told me that they had 72 hours since time of order to contact the doctor and get the medication shipped out. So she said she would be telling the pharmacy to get started on it - as it had already been 3 days. The next day my order was still pending. So I called again, but this time spoke with someone else, Patricia. I made sure she had the contact information of both vets. She had no answers as to why this was still pending. She said she would notify the pharmacy again. The next day, I still had a pending order. So I called again. Patience was the person who answered this time again. I explained I was still waiting and didn’t understand why it was taking so long, and both vets were aware they may call for approval, but they heard nothing from DIRX yet. She told me she would yet again do her best to alert the pharmacy. Then today, the last day, I called on a Saturday, spoke to Emily. One vet is closed and the other only open until noon. I explained my dog has bladder cancer and I really need these meds. Once again I gave the vets’ info. I explained how they are not open long today. She told me she would look into it and get back to me by calling me today. That was at 9:00am. It is now 3:13pm, I never got a call, my vet never got a call and now they have all gone home. So I called DIRX and cancelled my order. One other reason I cancelled is because I read reviews of multiple people receiving someone else’s medication. I couldn’t imagine giving my dog the wrong meds. So Jaff cancelled my order. Long story…. But I do not recommend this place. Sometimes you just need to pay more to be safe and get things on time.

Hi Christine. Obtaining the prescription from your prescriber or pharmacy can typically take a few days. In some instances, it can take longer. Additionally, we do need to make it more clear how to proceed with medications for your pet. This is a newer process for us and we need to get better. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. - DiRx

Way too much confusion in getting my prescription. Reached out to the staff even gave them my doctors phone number and they still couldn’t get the prescriptions right. When order 17798 was sent after a two week delay it only included one of three prescriptions. Had to cancel and go back to CVS did not want to do that.

Unacceptable customer service
I didn't hear from you for 9 days after getting email that you were reviewing my script info. Then I tried calling you multiple times and your phone system consistently terminated my call because of unmanageable call volume. When I got through the next day the agent said they never received the script which makes no sense because 10 days earlier you said you were "reviewing" it. I eventually got my medication 2 weeks after requesting it and as a result I missed about a week of dosing.
