There is an old adage about Capitalism. It goes, “You can have it good, fast, and cheap. But you can only pick two.” This applies here. The produce is good and they are cheap, especially with a annual savings plan. But they are not fast. And if they don’t have your med in stock it can takes weeks to come in. And they can’t give you a timeframe of when they will come in because they have no idea.

Normally, I would give five stars for the delivery, quality, and price. But there was a delay of a month receiving my last order from DiRx. I was not notified of the delay and had to inquire after waiting some ten days. The excuse was the supply was out and they were waiting on the vendor to resupply their stock. I did receive my order after another couple of weeks later.

Communication for my transfer of prescription was less than poor. Shouldn't be that difficult for something that literally takes three minutes. Other than that everything else was great.

I was waiting for my order to arrive. Time passed and something didn’t seem right so I called customer service. I was told my order wasn’t in stock and they weren’t sure when it would arrive . It eventually arrived but I had to wait longer than I expected.
