Took almost 6 weeks from the time the rx was sent to you by my doctor to when I received the medication.

I ordered my medications ten days ago to new jersey and I got an alert today that they're in Puerto Rico. What the hell?!

It took a week after receiving a shipped notice . Dr ordered more than a month ago and still not here

Order was placed NOvember 21 and sent on November 27 to Dirx. It was not filled and shipped until December 1. I have been out of meds for one week. Hopefully they do arrive today Dec 8. It is usually much faster, less than a week.

Failed to call transferring Rx holder in a timely manner. Several weeks to receive Rx from Dirx.

Took way too long between ordering time and delivery - almost 2 weeks! Inventory issues, I was told. Using very basic meds which should be in stock at all times. Not for me.

It was a confused mess going back and forth between Dirx and my doctor to get the prescription sorted out. Also, I was told shipping was free by a customer service rep beforehand, but then charged $25 at checkout for it. Only reason it's not 1 star is that I did receive the prescription. Too many other mail order pharmacies to use this one again. No thanks!
