It took a couple days for the (faxed) prescription to go through successfully. Technology at work. Everything else was fine.

I was a little skeptical about doing this on line. My medication goes up every year. Costing $1500 for 90 days, then when I told the pharmacist I couldn't afford it, they say bring down to $736. Was trying to save it but I have been off a month. I am on a fixed income. The customer service was great in helping me get set up. Thank you my cost was a $104 for 3 months. God answered my prayers. Thank you!

After placing my order, I chose the option to have DiRx contact my provider for the prescriptions. After several days, I finally contacted the provider and asked if they had received the request from DiRx. They had not, but as I provided them with the necessary information, they forwarded it immediately. Once DiRx had the request, delivery was very quick. When I spoke to customer service at DiRx to verify receipt of the prescriptions, the gentleman was very courteous.
