New DiRx customer
Since I wasn’t familiar with DiRx, I called for information on 8/2622. I was told that my doc should send the prescriptions to them, and that they would be processed in 2-3 days and I would be notified via email. That would have been the perfect time to tell me that I needed to call them tell them to proceed with the processing once the prescriptions were sent by my doctors. Unfortunately, I was not told this; after about a week, I called to find out why I hadn’t received any email, and was told then that I should have called. Even then, I received no emails and no prescriptions, so I called again a week or so later. I was told that the prescriptions were being processed that very day. Imagine that! (Yes, I’m being sarcastic - since they were supposed to have been processed at least a week earlier, I have a feeling that they were just sitting in a pile somewhere and wouldn’t have been started until my call prompting.) Now that I finally have my prescriptions, I have been promised that the refills will be processed automatically every three months for the 12-month period. Because of your continued delays, I had to actually have my doctor send a prescription for one of my meds to my local pharmacy, because I ran out. That wouldn’t have happened if I had been given complete and accurate instructions by your people who deal with the customers. Your good prices are only part of the process - the prescriptions need to be processed and shipped promptly. Because of the delays and frustrations that took place, I’m giving a 1-star rating. If we get through the next 12 months with the automatic refills on time, I’ll be glad to give a higher rating.
