It was a pretty seamless effort to go from an idea of what I needed and going through the actual process of ordering through DiRx and messaging my Dr. to get the final result. And it didn’t cost me a visit to the Dr’s office, which saved me money. A great opportunity for me as I’ve recently lost my health insurance.

My inital delivery was severely damaged in the mail and most of the medication lost. I sent pictures to DiRx and gave customer service a call. They were very accommodating and send me replacement medications immediately. Their customer service is top shelf.
